The exact domain, company and licence match, but the certificate's Active label, its July 2024 grant date, the register's status and dates, and the operator's legal wording do not line up. Treat the foreign status as unresolved until the regulator explains the conflict.

Payments and withdrawal terms

The November 6 English terms list Visa, Mastercard, alternative methods, CAD and crypto, and name CYGTW LTD as payment agent. The public footer also displays several payment logos. A logo does not prove account eligibility, the legal recipient, fees or payout support. The privacy page still names Wirecard Bank AG for most card transactions, while the terms do not. The terms require one-time wagering of deposits before withdrawal and allow a 20% deduction when that condition is not met. They say bank or crypto payouts are processed within three banking days. Bank transfers may also carry intermediary charges up to €16. The general cap is €7,500 weekly and €15,000 monthly, subject to exceptions and instalments. KYC, privacy, complaints, and account controls

The current KYC page describes an automated process collecting a name, email, birth date, ID or passport or driver's licence, and recent proof of address. Risk checks can include background, country, transaction volume and source of funds. It says identification and transaction records are kept electronically for at least ten years; the privacy page separately says account data is kept at least five years after the last transaction or closure. Plan for the longer period.

The privacy page allows third-party payment, fraud, technical and game-content providers and possible transfers outside the EEA, but names no KYC vendor. For a dispute, save records and act within two months. The terms display compliance@mystake.email but link it to support@mystake.email; no independent resolver is named. Court proceedings belong in Curaçao under Curaçao law.

MyStake publishes account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. A time-out may be reopened early at the casino's discretion. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years.

Games, providers, and European roulette

On November 6, the public live-casino page showed Live Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows, Live Poker and Live Baccarat categories. Its provider strip displayed Playtech, ICONIC21, CreedRoomz, Winfinity, LuckyStreak, 7Mojos and Betgames. These are lobby labels, not proof of a contract or certified game build.

A public search for “European Roulette” returned three linked cards visually labelled “Dynamic Paytable European Roulette,” “European Roulette” and “Live European Roulette.” The cards did not expose a reliable provider-to-title match. Signed-in access, rules, RTP and certificates were not verified. The fairness page names no laboratory or certificate.

Open the exact game panel before play. A standard single-zero wheel has a 2.70% house edge on normal bets; double-zero roulette is about 5.26%. Both favour the casino.
